This video is the trailer of a film entitled « A walk to remember » released in 2002 and starring Shane West & Mandy Moore, by the way it’s an adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ novel, who is contemporary American writer. In this story, there are two main characters, Landon Canter who is the portrait of the high-school superficial, good looking student who has some rich and popular friends. But in the same shcool,there is a young, pious, introvert and shy girl, Jamie Sullivan. When Landon puts pressure on a man to jump in the water, like a « bizutage » (ragging), he’s forced, by the school, to participate in after school community service activities as a punishment. Also participating in these activities is Jamie. When Landon decides to take his activities seriously, he asks Jamie for help and they begin to spend more time together. But he starts to develop strong feelings for her, something he didn’t expect to happen.The two start a relationship but Landon discovers that Jamie has a terminal illness.When he undertstands that they don’t have much time left, he decides to realise all Jamie’s dreams, and finnally he marries her before her death . I like this movie because I found this story fantastic., for me, it’s the most beautiful love story that I have ever seen. I,really, advise you to see « A walk to remember » if you love moving and upsetting movies and why not, if you are a book- addict like me, read the book before
